Local pick up:

Local pick up is free and your order can be collected from our shop-studio in Hackney Wick, London, E15 2SJ (next to the Copper Box Arena.)

Due to current covid guidelines we have a restricted collection window and orders can be collected between the following times:

Monday - Friday 11am-6pm.

UK Standard delivery (4-6 working days) costs £3.00 for orders up to £64 then £5.00.

(Please understand that working days don't include Saturday and Sunday, and we process orders the day after we receive them.)

 

For our customers in the EU (orders are sent out from Belgium, not from the UK)

Standard Delivery will take between 10 and 14 working days. (Not including Saturdays and Sundays.)

For individual 2ml sample orders, we don't send on a tracked service.

For our customers in continental USA:

Standard delivery (3-5 working days) costs £5.00 for all orders.

Unfortunately, we're not able to deliver to P.O boxes or APO/FPO addresses, military states or U.S territories.

These rates apply for orders up to 5 pieces. For larger orders, please get in touch to arrange a bespoke shipping price.

Why can't we ship to other countries ?

We'd love to be able to ship to more countries around the world, but fragrance is deemed 'hazardous, dangerous goods' and I'm afraid that makes it complicated and difficult to export to many places we'd love to be able to send it to.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you'll love your GALLIVANT fragrance. It's been made with a lot of thought, love and attention. However, if you’re not happy, we offer a refund, exchange or replacement provided your product is returned to us within 30 days of receipt. They must be in their original packaging, completely unopened and undamaged.

To refund your purchase, please get in touch with us via the contact form with your order number. When we receive your returned products we will refund the purchase price. 
We will only refund your postage cost if the goods are faulty or we have sent you the wrong thing.

Only products purchased through our website may be returned in this way. If you have bought a GALLIVANT fragrance from one of our authorised stockists or retailers, please return it to them. That's then a question of the returns policy of the retailer where you bought it.
