Refund policy

 

We hope you'll love your GALLIVANT fragrance. It's been made with a lot of thought, love and attention. However, if you’re not happy, we offer a refund, exchange or replacement provided your product is returned to us within 14 days of receipt. They must be in their original packaging, completely unopened and undamaged.

To refund your purchase, please get in touch with us via our contact form with your order number. When we receive your returned products we will check they're in perfect condition and refund the purchase price, minus our return fee.
We will only refund your postage cost if the goods are faulty or we have sent you the wrong item. There is a £20 return fee - the time for our small team to process the return.

Due to dangerous goods logistics rules, returns can only be processed for customers in the UK & USA. Please ensure you use a tracked service to prove we've received your return.

Only products purchased through our website may be returned in this way. If you have bought a GALLIVANT fragrance from one of our authorised stockists or retailers, please return it to them. These returns will be subject to the return policy of the retailer where you bought it.
