It's the best approach to perfume buying I've ever had. And I say that having spent a lot on an awful bottle of perfume that has no scent after half an hour from another brand that sells through a fairy-tale brand story

Customer service is great! I bought two of the "Los Angeles" scent but received only one and their "London" scent. I contacted customer service and they corrected the issue immediately. I received my second Los Angeles within two days of contacting them. They were very friendly and rectified the issue. The Los Angeles scent also happens to be my favorite scent ever. Very unique and beautiful smelling. The London scent was great as well, just not for me. Ended up passing it off to my husband as it smelled more masculine to me
