• A bespoke wax blend (includes rapeseed eco-wax), hand poured by skilled artisans in the countryside just outside London.
• Natural cotton wick.
• Perfume oils compounded in Grasse, France.
• 210 Grams

HOW TO LOOK AFTER YOUR CANDLE

• Trim the wick to 5mm before
  lighting or relighting the candle to avoid unnecessary smoke.
• Burn your candle for a minimum of two hours (burning for short periods can cause tunnelling) all the way to the edge of the wax, and for a maximum of four hours.
• Do not burn in a draught and ensure the candle is placed on an even surface.
• Extinguish the candle carefully after each use.
• After extinguishing the flame allow to cool and if necessary re-centre the wick in the wax.
• Glass may become hot so be
  careful before touching.
• Keep the candle away from flammable materials.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended and don’t burn below 5mm from the base.
• Do not place a candle near a source of heat.
• Protect surfaces beneath from wax spillage and heat.

 CANDLE SAFETY

• Always burn candles out of reach of children and pets.
• Always leave at least 10cm between burning candles.

Why can't we ship to other countries ?

We'd love to be able to ship to more countries around the world, but fragrance is deemed 'hazardous, dangerous goods' and I'm afraid that makes it complicated and difficult to export to many places we'd love to be able to send it to.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you'll love your GALLIVANT fragrance. It's been made with a lot of thought, love and attention. However, if you’re not happy, we offer a refund, exchange or replacement provided your product is returned to us within 30 days of receipt. They must be in their original packaging, completely unopened and undamaged.

To refund your purchase, please get in touch with us via the contact form with your order number. When we receive your returned products we will refund the purchase price. 
We will only refund your postage cost if the goods are faulty or we have sent you the wrong thing.

Only products purchased through our website may be returned in this way. If you have bought a GALLIVANT fragrance from one of our authorised stockists or retailers, please return it to them. That's then a question of the returns policy of the retailer where you bought it.
